Meet The Team
Michael Silver
VP of Operations
Michael Silver graduated from Emory in May of 2020 with a BBA from the Goizueta Business School in Finance and a BA in Economics from the College of Arts and Sciences. At Emory, he founded the Sexual Assault Forum to Educate (SAFE) Greeks, a student-led initiative committed to combatting sexual assault within sorority and fraternity life at Emory.
Michael also represented the undergraduate student population at the Emory University Senate in the 2017-18 academic year and participated in the Emory Ethically EnGaged Leaders (EEGL) program. Interested in modern solutions to alleviate poverty, he joined CMFR in August of 2020.
Ben Sigel
Founder and President
Ben Sigel graduated from Emory University's Goizueta Business School in May of 2020 with a double concentration in Management Consulting and Marketing and a sub-concentration in Entrepreneurship. He was also the 2020 recipient of the Goizueta Business School Entrepreneurship Award.

Ben was inspired by the work being done by East West Food Rescue in Washington, and decided to do his part in combatting hunger in his own community. He founded Central MA Food Rescue in August of 2020 to address the growing food insecurity crisis at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ryan Alexander
Volunteer
Ryan graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in May of 2020 with a double concentration in Finance and Real Estate. Ryan has extensive fundraising experience for various charitable organizations like Fuck Cancer and Montreal Children's Hospital.

After hearing about the work being done by Central MA Food Rescue from Ben, he was eager to join the team.
Bryan Graf
Chief Strategy Officer
Bryan graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in May of 2020 with a double concentration in Marketing and Operations management. At Emory, Bryan lead Greeks Go Green as the Finance Chair, an organization committed to increasing the the sustainability efforts on Emory's Campus
